Shipping & returns

Shipping

Inhooman ships all orders with PostNL within the Netherlands. Customers can select the option to have their order sent at home or to a PostNL pick up point. Inhooman will select the closest pickup point to a customer’s address. Customers can also select to pick up their order in Nijmegen on appointment. Inhooman will email customers who want to make the appointment, after an order is processed.

Orders are usually processed within two working days, before they are put on the mail. Depending on PostNL delivery times, products will usually arrive within 7 days.

After orders are shipped, customers will receive an email with the trace code within 24 hours.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days after you received your order. Send an email, including your order number to nocontact@noinhooman.com to make know you wish to return a product.

Return a product by using the original packaging or an equal quality shipping box to return it to the following address:

Add the packing slip to the box and fill in the reason for return. Make sure the box contains the correct shipping address and also note your own address.

Return shipping costs are for the customer. Use a reliable postal company to return your products and make sure you receive a tracing code and shipping receipt. This is your proof of return. Inhooman is not responsible in case returns are lost or a proof of shipping is missing.

When your return arrives it takes up to 5 workdays to process it. When approved you will receive email confirmation and your refund will follow as soon as possible.

Returned products should be unused, undamaged, unwashed and complete with tags and/or attributes. Inhooman is reserved to not accept a return if these conditions are not met. Inhooman will charge costs for shipping, if a denied return needs to be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

In case you want to exchange a product, simply order another item. Customers are not entitled to free shipping for the new item(s).
